5.  Scope of the project will be communicated to you or your adjuster if a claim has been filed.  If so, your adjuster will receive a verbal briefing within eight business hours.

When you call, a trained, uniformed SERVPRO professional will arrive at your property with the equipment necessary to help protect your structure and contents.  Likewise, your concerns will be addressed quickly and professionally to help you begin the process of regaining control of your life.

6. The structure and contents will be cleaned and restored by SERVPRO of Marine City/Romeo.

7.  After the work has been completed, a final walk-through will be conducted with you to help ensure your satisfaction.
