During a job in East China, a special little friend decided to hop in the van and help with its house's restoration. Here is a picture of our friend ready to make the damage to its home seem "Like it never even happened."

It's a joy to sponsor the Marine City Little League in our small community.  We like to thank the boys and girls of Marine City, Ira Twp., Richmond, St. Clair, and Algonac for being good sportsman. SERVPRO of Marine City/Romeo enjoyed watching all the teams play.  Good weather, wonderful volunteers, great baseball games. Thanks to everyone that helped with concessions, field prep, garbage pickup, and all the other jobs that make the games possible.  

Marine City Little League is a volunteer non-profit organization that helps our boy's and girl's to learn the sport, sportsmanship, responsibility, and to enjoy the game.

SERVPRO's llama won several heats during a recent fundraising event. This was an event supporting our local Chamber of Commerce and the Washington Life Senior Center. It was a fun evening and got to spend time with other local business owners and residents.

Come support SERVPRO of Marine City/Romeo's llama on March 11, 2017. Attendees will have the opportunity to bet on each race in hopes that their llama wins! There will be raffles, food, drinks and FUN! 21 and older please. This event will benefit the Washington Life Center-Council on Aging and the Marine City Area Chamber of Commerce.

Marine City Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a fun filled evening in an effort to raise funds for the Washington Life Center and the Chamber of Commerce. The event will take place on Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 6-11 PM at the Marine City Banquet Center located at 6385 King Road. Tickets may be purchased by calling the Chamber at 810-765-4501.

Congressman Paul Mitchell presented Erin Doetsch of Marine City with a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition. She was awarded 2016 Marine City Chamber Volunteer of the Year. This award was presented during the chambers gala event on January 19, 2017.

2017 Marine City Chamber Gala

On January 19, 2017 SERVPRO of Marine City/Romeo donated gift baskets for and attended Marine City's Chamber Gala. The Marine City Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a roaring 20's gala recognizing the work of the Chamber over the past year! Tickets were sold to help support the event. Events like these allow the chamber to continue to market the businesses of Marine City and promote tourism to our town through advertising, events, and more.

Marine City Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a morning networking opportunity for local businesses and the chamber. The event will take place on Wednesday, November 30th from 7:30-9:00 a.m. at the Riviera Restaurant.  Coffee and pastries will be provided.

Richmond Area Chamber of Contest sponsored a Fall Scarecrow Contest. Local businesses, residence and non profit groups decorated the streets of Richmond for a friendly competition. SERVPRO of Marine City/Romeo participated for the second year in a row. Unfortunately we did not win but we were happy to be a part of the fall festivities in Richmond.

Marine City is attempting to break two Guinness World Records....the most simultaneously carved pumpkins (1,200) and the longest popcorn string! The string of popcorn will actually be strung between two countries. The string will start at Marine City, cross the St. Clair River and end in Sarnia, Canada. SERVPRO of Marine City/Romeo is excited to take part in this world record attempt!

4th Annual Scarecrow Contest sponsored by the Richmond Chamber of Commerce. Scarecrows may reflect a special theme and/or promote a business, organization or event. This is a fun fall event and SERVPRO of Marine City/Romeo is proud to participate.
