Preparation is so important for St Clair County residents. Currently we have only 800 emergency responders for 170,000 residents. The first 72 hours following an emergency, essential services may not be available. Residents must BE READY to handle things on their own.

St Clair County has a new warning system that alerts residents via text, phone call or email of possible upcoming storm events.

WINS (Warning Information Notification System) is a public service alert system that includes over 150 categories of weather, emergency and non-emergency alerts. YOU choose the alert types and delivery methods that are important to you and your family.
